Día del Bandoneón (en Argentina)
Aníbal Carmelo Troilo, alias Pichuco nació en Buenos Aires el 11 de julio de 1914 y fue un distinguido bandoneonista, compositor, director de orquesta de tango. Su orquesta comenzó a experimentar con nuevas sonoridades y temáticas. Por todo esto fue que la fecha de su nacimiento conmemora el día del bandoneón.
En homenaje al día de su natalicio se sancionó una ley para que su vida quedara ligada definitivamente al instrumento, de origen alemán, que fue una extensión de él y que se apropió de sus emociones.
Primero fue la Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires la que el 13 de abril de 2000 sancionó la Ley 366 que decretó que el 11 de julio sería el Día del Bandoneón. Cinco años después el Congreso de la Nación declaró esa fecha como Día Nacional del Bandoneón al sancionar el 18 de mayo de 2005 la Ley 26.035.
Esa norma fue impulsada por Francisco Torné (nieto de Zita Troilo, esposa de Pichuco) y el poeta Horacio Ferrer, amigo del músico y presidente de la Academia Nacional del Tango.
Aníbal Carmelo Troilo nació en Buenos Aires el 11 de julio de 1914 y su nombre es sinónimo de bandoneón. Además fue un extraordinario compositor y director de orquesta de tango que comenzó a experimentar sonidos, que dirigió las orquestas más importantes y que acompañó desde su bandoneón a las voces célebres del tango como a Roberto Goyeneche.
